HR Manager
- Salary: $4,500 - $5,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Location: Near Tuas Crescent MRT [ Walking distance only ]
- Working Days: 5 Days
- Working Time: 8am - 5pm
Requirements:
- 5 years in hr function with min 1 year of experience as HR Manager.
- Preferable working industry from engineering, construction or interior design firm.
- Keen to work under Sub Contractor, Wood manufacturer [ Customize cabinet] for construction and interior design projects.
Job Scopes:
- Employee onboarding and offboarding
- Design and implement learning & development programs
- Manage performance reviews, talent development, and appraisals
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive culture
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and best practices
- Track HR metrics and use insights to improve HR processes
- Familiar with permit application processes
