Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

  • Monitor project progress, schedules, and resource allocation

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders

  • Prepare reports, documentation, and site records

  • Resolve technical or operational issues on site

  • Support cost control and material management

    Requirements & Qualifications

    Education

    • Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field

    Experience

    • 5 years of relevant construction / site experience

    Technical Skills

    • Knowledge of construction methods & regulations

    • Software proficiency (AutoCAD, MS Project, BIM, etc.)

    Soft Skills

    • Strong communication & coordination skills

    • Problem-solving & organizational abilities

    • Ability to work in fast-paced site environments
