Job Summary

Lead and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals to drive employee engagement, compliance, and operational excellence in a dynamic property management environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives to support organizational growth
  • Address employee relations issues by resolving demands, grievances, and conflicts to maintain a productive workplace
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain talent aligned with company needs
  • Develop and execute employee engagement, motivation, and retention programs to support current and future business needs
  • Design, monitor, and improve HR systems, tactics, and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness
  • Foster a positive and inclusive working environment that supports employee well-being and collaboration
  • Oversee performance appraisal systems to evaluate and drive high employee performance and development
  • Maintain and administer pay plans and benefits programs to ensure competitive and compliant compensation
  • Assess training needs and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and organizational capability
  • Provide HR metrics and reports to management to support informed decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all HR functions
  • Update organizational structure, personnel policies, and employment regulations to reflect current practices
  • Manage compensation and benefits processes including payroll, leave administration, claims, and insurance
  • Maintain accurate employee databases ensuring compliance with statutory employment laws
  • Conduct employee onboarding and training to facilitate smooth integration and skill development
  • Liaise with government agencies on work pass and employment-related regulatory matters
  • Conduct annual performance appraisals and develop staff training plans to support career growth
  • Manage exit interviews and termination processes, including asset retrieval and compliance
  • Perform site visits to assess employee welfare and address HR-related issues on location
  • Participate actively in company initiatives, projects, and strategic plans to contribute to organizational success

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven work experience in HR roles demonstrating effective people management and results orientation
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills applied to HR challenges with logical and strategic thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, and organizational skills to build relationships at all levels
  • In-depth knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practices to ensure compliance and effective policy implementation
  • Experience with HRIS is a plus
