One of our clients in the Tech sector is looking for a HR Manager to join their highly collaborative team. Reporting directly to the CEO, the HR Manager is critical in managing the full spectrum of HR operations and driving the strategic HR initiatives that support business objectives including recruitment, performance management, talent management, payroll and employee relationship.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment as well as onboarding/offboarding process
Conduct performance reviews and establish development plans for the employees
Oversee monthly payrolll and enforce HR compliance policies as a point of contact for employees concerns and grievances
Organise wellness activities, engagement surveys, and training programs to enhance employee experience and drive team effectiveness and culture change
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business-related field
More than 10 years HR experience with strong payroll and HR compliance experience
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
