Job Responsibilities:
Talent Attraction & Recruitment
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract talent across APAC entities
Strengthen recruitment processes and workflows, ensuring efficiency in a developing environment (e.g. limited ATS usage)
Evaluate and recommend recruitment tools/systems aligned with business needs
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure strong candidate fit
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to offer stage)
Apply working knowledge of C&B to support salary proposals and hiring decisions
Experience with SuccessFactors (RCM module) is advantageous
Employer Branding
Support and enhance the company's employer branding initiatives
Collaborate with HR teams across functions to ensure consistent branding across employee lifecycle
Develop initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in APAC
HR Business Partnering (HRBP)
Partner with business leaders to provide HR insights and support business objectives
Identify HR opportunities and implement initiatives that support organizational growth
Support regional projects and travel when required
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR partnering
Experience operating at a managerial or equivalent level of responsibility
Regional HR experience within APAC is required
Strong understanding of HR practices and regional employment regulations
Working knowledge of C&B (Mercer methodology is a plus)
Good analytical and organizational capabilities
Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g. SuccessFactors is an advantage)
