This isn't your typical HR role.
This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact, regionally visible position where you'll operate at the intersection of people, strategy, and performance—within a globally respected professional services environment.
The Opportunity
We're partnering with a leading international Professional Services firm to find a commercially minded HR Manager to join their Asia HR team in Singapore.
You'll work directly with senior stakeholders across the business, helping shape talent strategy, elevate employee experience, and ensure best-in-class HR practices across the full employee lifecycle.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance culture, and enjoys balancing hands-on execution with strategic influence.
You will be supporting a total population of 80 employees as an individual contributor.
What You'll Be Doing
Talent & Lifecycle Management
- Own end-to-end recruitment across business services and fee-earning populations
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, succession, and talent strategy
- Lead onboarding experiences that set people up for success from day one
- Support graduate recruitment, trainee development, and university engagement
- Conduct exit interviews and turn insights into real retention strategies
Advisory & Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on complex people matters
- Provide guidance on performance, engagement, and organisational design
- Navigate sensitive employee relations issues with confidence and discretion
Compensation & Benefits
- Support annual salary and bonus reviews with data-driven insights
- Oversee payroll changes and ensure accuracy across the employee lifecycle
- Manage benefits programs and ensure compliance with local regulations
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain HR systems, employee records, and reporting requirements
- Manage employment passes, regulatory filings, and legal compliance
- Support professional licensing processes for fee-earning staff
- Contribute to regional HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Min 8+ years in a generalist HR advisory role, ideally within professional services
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in demanding environments
- Ability to balance detail, pace, and commercial thinking
- Confidence handling sensitive, complex people issues
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without authority
Bonus points for:
- Experience in a professional services or partnership structure
- Familiarity with Workday
- Hands on exposure to HR operations
Why This Role
- Work in a globally connected, high-performing environment
- Gain exposure to regional HR strategy and leadership
- Be part of a team that values precision, partnership, and progress
- Shape the employee experience in a business where people are the product
If you're ready to move beyond transactional HR and step into a role where you can influence, partner, and drive real impact, this is worth a conversation.
