Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including workforce planning
  • Oversee onboarding and employee lifecycle management
  • Support current and future business needs through talent development and succession planning
  • Lead performance management processes and provide guidance to managers
  • Maintain pay plans, benefits programs, and compensation structures
  • Ensure legal compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in business or similar discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience with experience in managing a team
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
