HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and employee orientations for a smooth integration.
• Support talent pool development by identifying hiring needs and maintaining candidate pipelines.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including insurance coverage and performance incentives, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
• Organize and track employee training, development, and performance review activities.
• Manage offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and clearance documentation.
• Draft, review, and update HR policies and procedures in line with Singapore labour regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records for attendance, leave, and benefits.
• Prepare HR reports and perform data analysis (e.g., headcount, turnover, recruitment metrics).
• Stay updated on employment laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance.
• Support management with ad hoc HR and administrative tasks as required.
