Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent sourcing, interviewing, and hiring

  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and performance management

  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and HR regulations

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work culture

  • Develop and implement employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives

  • Partner closely with department heads to support business objectives and workforce planning

  • Handle employee relations matters and resolve HR-related issues effectively

  • Review, improve, and optimise HR policies, strategies, and processes

Key Attributes:

  • Highly flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong strategic thinking skills with a proactive mindset

  • Able to work independently and take ownership of HR initiatives

  • Comfortable operating beyond administrative duties, contributing at both strategic and operational levels

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
