Job Description

What You'll Be Doing (Hands-On Role)

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract, source, and hire qualified candidates across multiple functions within the company

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, role requirements, and business objectives, and translate these into customised recruitment plans

  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination

  • Build, maintain, and proactively manage a strong talent pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality candidates

  • Implement and optimise innovative recruitment initiatives such as social media sourcing, employer branding activities, and employee referral programmes

  • Track, analyse, and report on recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, source effectiveness, conversion rates) to identify gaps and continuously improve hiring outcomes

  • Advise and support managers on recruitment best practices, hiring decisions, and talent retention strategies

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or HR management, preferably within the human resources and recruitment industry, with proven exposure to the beauty, spa, or wellness sector in Singapore and Malaysia

  • Demonstrated success in sourcing, screening, and hiring beauty and service-related talents (e.g. beauticians, therapists, stylists, consultants, manicurist, aesthetic doctors, nurses, etc.)

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders

  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in recruitment analytics and using metrics to drive process improvement

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
