What you'll be doing
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates for various roles within the company
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and requirements, and design customised recruitment plans
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, application screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of high-quality candidates
Implement innovative recruitment techniques, such as social media outreach and employee referral programs, to enhance our employer brand and reach top talent
Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimise the recruitment process
Provide guidance and support to managers on best practices in recruitment, hiring, and employee retention
What we're looking for
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a recruitment or HR management role, preferably in the human resources and recruitment industry
Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, employer branding, and talent management best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders
Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement
Familiarity with HR technology and applicant tracking systems
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
