Talent Attraction & Recruitment

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and secure suitable talent across APAC subsidiaries, in alignment with business requirements and approved hiring budgets.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer negotiation.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and Heads of Department to understand role requirements and ensure strong candidate-job fit.

  • Review and enhance recruitment processes and workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience, particularly in environments without advanced recruitment technologies or ATS systems.

  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate recruitment tools or platforms that support organisational hiring needs.

  • Apply foundational Compensation & Benefits knowledge to support the preparation of salary proposals and hiring packages, and provide HR advisory support to hiring managers and business leaders.

  • Experience with HRIS systems is preferred familiarity with SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM) would be advantageous but is not mandatory.

Employer Branding

  • Support initiatives to strengthen and promote the company's employer brand across the APAC region.

  • Collaborate with HR team members across different HR functions to ensure consistent employer branding across recruitment, onboarding, learning, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Develop and implement initiatives that highlight the organisation's value proposition and strengthen its reputation as an employer of choice within the region.

HR Business Partnering (HRBP)

  • Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders within the APAC region, providing HR insights and support aligned with business objectives.

  • Work closely with management to identify HR needs and develop initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness and workforce engagement.

  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that support regional business growth and organisational development.

  • Travel across APAC may be required to support regional offices and business initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience, with exposure to both HR operations and talent acquisition.

  • Experience supporting regional HR functions across APAC markets will be advantageous.

  • Candidates should demonstrate experience equivalent to an Assistant Manager or Manager-level role, with the ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.

  • Solid understanding of HR practices and employment regulations across regional markets.

  • Foundational knowledge of Compensation & Benefits (C&B), with exposure to market benchmarking methodologies such as Mercer considered advantageous.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.

  • Analytical and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience with HR systems or HRIS platforms is beneficial.

  • Willingness to travel within the APAC region as required.
