We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee the company's human resources functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with Singapore employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave administration, and employee records.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and employment laws.
- Coordinate work pass applications, renewals, and HR documentation.
- Support training, staff development, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain HR reports, personnel files, and confidential records.
- Liaise with management on manpower planning and HR strategies.
