The HR Manager oversees the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, HR operations, and compliance with Singapore labour laws. This role acts as a strategic partner to management and plays an important part in building a positive, productive, and engaging workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-spectrum HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and staff records.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Lead performance management and support managers in developing their teams.
- Oversee payroll coordination, benefits, and HR policies to ensure fairness and consistency.
- Develop HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in HR or related field.
- 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential matters.
