Our client is a well-established oil and gas firm with a strong international presence. They are seeking an experienced HR Generalist / Manager to take ownership of the full HR spectrum.
Position Overview
As the Regional HR Generalist / Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end HR activities across both markets, ensuring compliance with local employment laws, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting business objectives through effective HR policies and practices. The role also encompasses payroll oversight and, on occasion, providing executive support to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements
Degree-qualified, with at least 8 years of HR generalist experience.
Prior exposure to the Oil & Gas or Financial Services sectors is highly advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, balance multiple priorities, and partner effectively with senior stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a sole contributor capacity while being hands-on and detail-oriented.
Adaptable to a multicultural, MNC environment. While there is flexibility, the role is primarily office-based.
