Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to Director, oversee end-to-end recruitment, including workforce planning, hiring, and onboarding
  • Support work pass applications and oversee staff claims processing by verifying accuracy and facilitating HR-level approvals
  • Build and maintain positive employee relations by supporting engagement, resolving concerns, and fostering a respectful workplace
  • Maintain accurate employee leave records and update them promptly in HR systems
  • Design and oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure fairness, competitiveness, and compliance
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal HR policies
  • Oversee HR operations, including payroll co-ordination, HR systems (HRIS), and employee records management
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Lead employee engagement and culture-building initiatives to strengthen retention and morale


Key Pre-requisites

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field 5-8 years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Leadership and decision-making capabilities
  • Experience with HR systems (HRIS) and payroll tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Knowledge of local labor laws (e.g., Employment Act)
  • Experience handling work passes (EP, S Pass, Work Permit)
  • Familiarity with government grants and HR-related compliance
