LiT Strategy is a boutique management consulting firm headquartered in Singapore, specializing in strategic advisory and transformation projects for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). We help founders and leadership teams solve critical business challenges, strengthen organizational capabilities, and achieve sustainable growth.
We are expanding our team and are seeking an HR Manager to manage the internal operations of our group of entities.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Human Resources Leadership
- Lead end-to-end HR operations for LiT Strategy across Singapore and regional and affiliated entities.
- Oversee HR governance, policies, processes, workforce planning, talent development, and organisational culture.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
- Manage performance management, competency frameworks, and career development structures.
- Support client HR needs as and when required.
- Manage regional teams as the Global HQ
2. Talent Acquisition and Capability Building
- Lead recruitment for consulting, business development, and operational roles.
- Manage onboarding, training plans, and continuous capability development of staff.
- Build a strong talent pipeline aligned with the firm's growth trajectory.
3. General Management & Operations
- Oversee day-to-day operations including project resourcing, workflow management, internal reporting, and administrative governance.
- Optimise internal processes for efficiency, quality assurance, and scalability.
- Support leadership in budgeting, manpower planning, and operational strategy.
4. Employee Experience & Culture
- Shape and maintain a high-performance, values-driven culture.
- Lead conflict resolution, employee relations, and mediation processes when required.
The Ideal Candidate
- We are looking for an experienced individual who thrives in a hands-on, fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- Minimum 5 - 8 years experience in operational HR, with proven capability in HR management, business partnering, or HR operations.
- Experience in consulting environments or fast-paced SMEs is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Singapore labour laws regional knowledge (MY, VN, TH) preferred.
- Prior GM, Operations Manager, or Office Manager experience is beneficial but not required.
- Demonstrated experience managing poor performance decisively and consistently, with clear follow-through on consequences.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin
