Job Summary
This role requires hands-on experience in setting up new entities, managing regulatory and statutory HR matters, and partnering with business leaders on people-related initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Singapore HR compliance requirements, including matters involving CPF, MOM, IRAS, MAS and payroll-related statutory obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, offboarding, and HR policy implementation.
- Support the setup of new entities, including employment documentation, HR policies, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Ensure compliance with MAS regulations and Singapore statutory requirements, including CPF, MOM, and IRAS matters.
- Manage HR documentation, employee records, and audit-ready processes in line with regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Regional HRBPs on workforce planning, employee engagement, organizational development, and HR advisory matters.
- Provide practical HRBP support to managers on people-related issues, performance, and team structuring.
- Liaise with internal compliance, legal, and external vendors or authorities where required.
- Apply working knowledge of payroll processes and statutory submissions to support regulatory compliance and resolve payroll-related matters.
Requirements
- Proven HR hands-on experience in the above mentioned
- Experience in setting up new entities and building HR processes from scratch.
- Good knowledge of Singapore HR regulatory and statutory requirements, including CPF, MOM, and IRAS.
- Working knowledge of payroll processes and statutory obligations for compliance and regulatory matters.
- Strong HR operational knowledge with some exposure to business partnering.
- English and Mandarin proficiency are required due to cross-regional collaboration with chinese speaking stakeholders.
