The Manager of Human Resources shall serve as a business partner to all departments in areas such as strategic Human Resources planning, Compensation & Benefits, Employment Legistration, Performance Management, Career Planning and Training & Development. You are required to have a deep understanding on the operations of the company and work closely with all business units to ensure compliance.
Responsibilities:
Organization Development & Structure: Design and implement the factory organization chart, defining reporting lines, job levels, and manpower requirements.
Recruitment & Hiring (1st / 2nd Wave)
Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles during factory set-up.
Manage the first wave of hiring (key functional leads, engineers, supervisors, and core technical specialists).
Oversee the second wave of hiring (operators, technicians, and production support staff) to meet production ramp-up schedules.
Partner with recruitment agencies, technical schools, and local institutions to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
