Job Description

Role Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile HR Manager to serve as the HR Business Partner (HRBP) for our specialized divisions. In this role, you will be the primary lead strategist for harmonizing people policies across diverse units, ensuring a unified group framework while respecting unique operational identities. Given our diverse workforce and patient base, the ideal candidate must be adept at thriving in a multicultural working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Business Partnering & Integration

  • Act as the dedicated HRBP for staff within the specialized divisions.

  • Lead the cultural and policy alignment of these divisions into the wider Group HR framework.

  • Provide expert advisory to managers and lead clinicians on manpower planning, retention, and organizational health.

  • Serve as a cultural bridge, ensuring HR practices resonate with a diverse, international workforce and medical professionals.

  1. Talent Acquisition & Lifecycle Management

  • Contract Management: Draft and finalize employment contracts and compensation proposals, ensuring accuracy across different legal entities.

  • Onboarding Excellence: Plan and execute comprehensive HR inductions and immersion programs to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into their respective environments.

  • Cultural Competency: Oversee the unique lifecycle needs of a diverse staff, focusing on cross-cultural integration and specialized support.

  • Retention Analysis: Conduct exit interviews for staff to analyze turnover trends and implement corrective engagement strategies.

  1. Performance & Employee Relations

  • Facilitate the annual appraisal cycle for assigned divisions, ensuring KPIs are aligned with group objectives.

  • Manage specialized employee relations matters, including grievances and investigations, ensuring adherence to group policies and integrated contract wordings.

  1. Operational Oversight

  • Partner with the HR Operations lead to monitor professional registrations for clinicians to ensure zero disruption to operations.

  • Oversee the divisional welfare and engagement roadmap, including specialized events to boost morale across the teams.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a Managerial or HRBP role, preferably within the healthcare or multi-entity sector.

  • Technical Skills: Proven experience in policy harmonization and managing organizational integrations. Strong knowledge of the Employment Act and MOM guidelines is essential.

  • Cultural Competency: Experience working in a multicultural environment is highly preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to manage the diverse expectations of an international workforce.

  • Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders, from Senior Management to frontline staff.

  • Attributes: A builder mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
