• Manage the complete employee lifecycle from initial onboarding through to professional development and offboarding processes.

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts by implementing innovative strategies to attract and secure top-tier professionals.

• Act as a primary advisor on employee relations, policy creation, and ensure all practices maintain full compliance with local labor regulations.

• A minimum of 7 years of comprehensive experience within a human resources generalist or management capacity.

• Proven track record in successfully executing recruitment strategies and managing diverse employee lifecycles.

• In-depth knowledge of Singapore labor laws and current best practices in human capital management.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to build influential relationships at all levels of an organization.
