Conduct market benchmarking, salary surveys, and internal equity analyses to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
Lead job evaluation exercises and maintain grading and career progression frameworks to support workforce planning and internal mobility.
Manage the annual compensation review cycle, including budgeting, merit increments, bonus administration, and long-term incentive plans where applicable.
Collaborate with Finance and senior leadership to forecast compensation expenses and conduct scenario modeling for strategic decision-making.
Deliver data-driven insights on compensation trends, pay-for-performance effectiveness, and cost optimization opportunities.
Benefits Management
Oversee the design and administration of employee benefits programs (e.g., medical, insurance, retirement, wellness), ensuring market competitiveness and cost efficiency.
Lead vendor sourcing, contract negotiations, and ongoing management of brokers and service providers.
Evaluate program effectiveness through utilization analysis, employee feedback, and return-on-investment assessments.
Drive communication initiatives to enhance employee awareness, understanding, and engagement with benefits offerings.
Performance Management
Manage and continuously enhance the organization's performance management framework and systems.
Partner with business leaders to ensure consistent implementation of goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback processes.
Provide training and advisory support to managers on performance management best practices.
Strengthen processes to cultivate a culture of accountability, continuous development, and high performance.
Others
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal governance policies.
Maintain and update compensation, benefits, and performance management policies and guidelines.
Contribute to Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits.
Well verse in HR best practices, with hands-on experience in job evaluation methodologies, performance management tools, and market survey platforms.
In-depth understanding of compensation frameworks, benefits design, and performance management systems.
Experience in a manufacturing environment and vendor management exposure will be advantageous.
