Job Description

Our esteemed client in the beauty sector is looking for a HR Manager to join the team.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, extending offers, and overseeing onboarding.
  • Develop and implement hiring strategies that align with overall business growth objectives.
  • Partner with department heads to proactively identify and address staffing needs.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future roles to ensure business continuity.
  • Enhance employer branding and optimize sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and campus hiring programs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and foster strong collaboration with hiring managers.

HR Generalist Functions

  • Maintain and update HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), employee records, and the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires and coordinate offboarding for departing employees.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including addressing grievances and managing disciplinary cases.
  • Support the performance management cycle, including goal setting and development planning for employees.
  • Coordinate payroll processes and administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Identify training needs and support the implementation of learning and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and manage HR audits and statutory requirements.
