End to end talent acquisition, which includes preparing job descriptions, sourcing job posting portals and agents, and coordinating and participating in the interviews
In-charge of new hires onboarding programme and resignees offboarding process
End to end work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation, appealing, expiration, follow up with medical check-ups
Handle staff insurance and medical issues (renewal, work injury compensation case, security bond etc)
Maintain and update staff records, administration of leave, staff resignation, termination, etc
In-charge of company-wide training, employee relation and employee engagement activities
Assist in Sales, Admin and Accounts in administrative task as and when required
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of HR Generalist or equivalent experience
The candidate should possess minimally a diploma / degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Microsoft Office proficiency is a must
Preferably someone from the constructions, renovation or equivalent industry
