HR Manager
3-Month Project | Potential to Extend
International School | Singapore

We're looking for a hands-on HR Manager to support a fast-growing international school during an exciting build and scale phase. This is a project role with the potential to extend, ideal for someone who enjoys setting foundations, bringing clarity to complexity, and partnering closely with leadership in a start up environment with solid international backing.

The Role
You'll own day-to-day HR operations while helping to strengthen people processes across the school. This is a practical, roll-up-your-sleeves role where execution matters as much as judgment.

Key responsibilities include

  • End-to-end HR operations including contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
  • Advisory support to school leadership on HR policies, people matters, and employee relations
  • Performance management and probation processes
  • HR compliance aligned with Singapore regulations
  • Supporting recruitment processes and workforce planning where needed
  • Reviewing and refining HR policies and processes to support scale and consistency

What We're Looking For

  • Solid experience in HR management, ideally in education, start ups, or fast-growing organisations
  • Strong working knowledge of Singapore HR practices and employment regulations
  • Comfortable operating independently with minimal hand-holding
  • Calm, thoughtful, and people-centric with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Able to balance structure with flexibility in a dynamic environment
