Job Description

  • Assist in recruiting top-tier sales professionals to meet the company's growth objectives.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies for sales positions, utilizing innovative tools and techniques.
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring seamless and positive experience
  • Support the business development team by identifying new markets, clients, and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment of business goals.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Human Resource related field.
  • CEI Certified Preferred, no experience are welcome as well as training would be provided!
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and willing to learn
  • Candidates should be results-driven, with a commitment to meeting the company's sales targets
