As a Heartist Intern with the People & Culture team, you will support the delivery of a seamless employee experience while gaining hands-on exposure to HR operations in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Support daily HR operations including personnel filing, data entry, and document management
Assist in onboarding activities such as new joiner documentation, orientation preparation, and induction coordination
Support learning & development initiatives, including training administration, attendance tracking, and records update
Assist in recruitment activities such as interview scheduling and candidate coordination
Support employee engagement activities, staff events, and internal communications
Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Provide general administrative support to the Talent & Culture team as required
The internship provides exposure to:
HR operations within an Accor luxury brand environment
Sofitel brand culture, service rituals, and Heartist journey
Learning & development administration and training compliance
Recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience processes
Undergraduate or diploma student pursuing Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields
Strong interest in Human Resources and hospitality industry
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team player
Minimum 6 months
Full-time internship preferred
