Job Description

The HR Intern (Recruitment) will support the recruitment team in candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination of hiring activities. This role provides exposure to recruitment operations and candidate management processes.

We are hiring for interns that can start in May intake or in August intake for a minimum of 3 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with candidate sourcing and resume screening
• Support interview coordination and candidate communication
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Assist in preparing candidate profiles and recruitment documentation
• Provide administrative support to recruitment consultants

Job Requirements

• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with administrative work
• Interest in Human Resources or recruitment functions
• Responsible and willing to learn
