Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing and updating existing HR policies and internal documents.
- Assist in recruitment activities such as publishing job adverts, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for HR and line managers.
- Maintain the HR database and generate analytical reports.
- Provide support for new and/or existing HR projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Human Resources / Occupational Psychology or its equivalent professional certifications
- Knowledge in local legislations in particular to employment act of Singapore
- Pleasant disposition with the ability to interact with all levels of employees
