Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to craft and deliver recruiting strategies that balance client needs with an outstanding candidate experience.
Devise sourcing plans and nurture robust talent pipelines for designated roles.
Enhance candidate care by coordinating interviews smoothly and providing hightouch support throughout the process.
Conduct industry analyses and benchmark regional best practices to supply hiring teams with actionable market intelligence.
Drive key recruiting initiativesincluding campus hiring, internship programmes etc.
Assist the HR Business Partner with general HR duties and adhoc projects as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelors and postgraduate students currently pursuing their studies.
Able to commit at least 3 days per week for 3 consecutive months. 5 days per week/school approved internship will be preferred.
Prior experience in recruitment or HR coordination work is required.
