Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support onboarding logistics for new hires, including documentation, orientation scheduling, and system access setup.
  • Help review and organize employment contracts and other HR documentation.
  • Provide administrative support for Talent Acquisition (TA) and Talent Management (TM) initiatives.
  • Assist in pre-boarding and onboarding processes across regional offices.
  • Support benefits administration and employee data management.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of internal communication campaigns and employee engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • A proactive team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Availability to commit to a 5 - 6 month internship is required.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
