HR Intern (HRMS) - 1-Year Contract
We are looking for a HR Systems Intern to support our HR team in a system migration and implementation project.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in HR system's data gathering, implementation, data migration, and testing (UAT)
- Support data cleansing, validation, and reporting
- Provide basic system support and assist with user training
- Document processes, user guides, and project updates
- Work with HR, end users and vendors to improve system workflows
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel knowledge of SQL or systems is a plus
- Good communication skills in writing and interpersonal skill.
- Interest in HR technology
- Prior experience in system implementation and testing would be advantageous
