Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Maintain and update HR records and databases.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and documentation.
Support ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
