Job Summary

The HR internship at Commit Learning Schoolhouse offers hands-on experience in human resources functions, enabling interns to develop practical skills in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations while contributing to HR projects that enhance organizational processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage job advertisements and career fair postings across multiple job portals to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source and engage with candidates in relevant fields to support screening and shortlisting processes.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling by aligning interviewer and candidate availability to optimize recruitment timelines.
  • Participate in interviews to develop interviewing skills and assess candidate suitability.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and creating HRIS accounts to facilitate seamless new hire integration.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives focused on process improvement by providing innovative ideas and gaining insights into HR strategies.

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
