HR Intern (6 months contract)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • You will work with the People & Organisation Development (P&OD) team broadly in the following areas:
  • Support the work of HR process flows as part of an ongoing digitalization exercise.
  • Assist in data gathering, analysis, and visualisation to support HR work
  • Get familiar with systems/tools to support various process across HR functions
  • Support the coordination and execution of core people development programmes, organize staff engagement programmes and various events
  • Provide support in key functions across recruitment activities, HR Information System, L&D, etc.
  • As part of the learning, you will get to:
  • participate in and observe running of core programmes by the P&OD team
  • receive on-the-job training on HR processes
  • familiarise oneself with the operations and configuration of key HR systems
  • learn more about the broad spectrum of social services within the context of Care Corner's work
  • interact with social service professionals, and managers/seniorleaders across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Should be able to take initiative, willing to learn and be a strong team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and any HR systems, platforms, tools a plus
  • Open to those currently pursuing Diploma/Degree
