HR Intern (6 months contract)
Roles & Responsibilities
- You will work with the People & Organisation Development (P&OD) team broadly in the following areas:
- Support the work of HR process flows as part of an ongoing digitalization exercise.
- Assist in data gathering, analysis, and visualisation to support HR work
- Get familiar with systems/tools to support various process across HR functions
- Support the coordination and execution of core people development programmes, organize staff engagement programmes and various events
- Provide support in key functions across recruitment activities, HR Information System, L&D, etc.
- As part of the learning, you will get to:
- participate in and observe running of core programmes by the P&OD team
- receive on-the-job training on HR processes
- familiarise oneself with the operations and configuration of key HR systems
- learn more about the broad spectrum of social services within the context of Care Corner's work
- interact with social service professionals, and managers/seniorleaders across the organization.
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Should be able to take initiative, willing to learn and be a strong team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and any HR systems, platforms, tools a plus
- Open to those currently pursuing Diploma/Degree
