Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support the full spectrum of Human Resources across multiple business functions in APAC. This role is responsible for ensuring day-to-day HR operations run effectively while partnering with managers on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR processes.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, contract renewals and offboarding. Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure timely payroll inputs.
Employee Relations
Be the first point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR matters. Support employee relations, performance and attendance issues, workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, and ensure company policies are applied fairly and consistently.
Performance Management
Coordinate performance review and goal-setting cycles, support managers in performance improvement discussions, and contribute to employee development and succession planning initiatives.
Talent Acquisition
Support recruitment process from job posting to offer. Partner with hiring managers on hiring plans, coordinate interviews, prepare offers, oversee onboarding.
HR Policies & Compliance
Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and employment legislation. Maintain HR documentation, review and update policies and SOPs where needed, and support internal and external compliance audits.
HR Projects & Continuous Improvement
Contribute to HR projects, process improvements and organisational initiatives. Identify practical ways to improve HR efficiency and employee experience while supporting business growth and change.
Requirements
- HR Generalist with hands-on experience across multiple HR functions
- Experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
- Good understanding of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across different teams.
- Experience supporting regional or multi-country HR operations is an advantage.
