Human Resources Executive
Location: East Singapore
Employment Type: Full-time
Our client, an established organisation within the retail and consumer sector, is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Executive to support its HR operations.
This is a broad HR generalist role covering employee relations, recruitment, payroll administration and day-to-day HR operations. The position is well suited to someone who enjoys working closely with frontline employees and business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support full-spectrum HR operations for the assigned business functions.
Act as a key point of contact for employee queries, concerns and HR-related matters.
Support employee relations, engagement activities, disciplinary matters and performance management processes.
Conduct regular site/store visits to strengthen employee engagement and ensure HR policy compliance.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation and reference checks.
Prepare salary proposals and employment-related documentation.
Support payroll processing, including new hires, terminations, overtime, allowances, deductions, claims and leave administration.
Handle CPF, IR8A, IR21 and other statutory or government submissions where required.
Support medical benefits administration and employee record maintenance.
Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and related administration.
Maintain accurate HR records and support HR reporting, audits and process improvements.
Participate in HR initiatives, projects and other ad-hoc HR duties.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
Around 1-3 years of relevant HR experience.
Experience in at least one of the following areas: recruitment, payroll or employee relations.
HR generalist exposure will be advantageous.
Candidates from retail, F&B, hospitality or other frontline-intensive environments are preferred.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to multitask, stay organised and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable travelling within the East area for operational or site support when required.
