We are looking for an HR Generalist (Engagement & Recruitment Focus) who is passionate about driving employee engagement and has strong endtoend recruitment experience. This role acts as an employee champion, building a positive workplace culture while ensuring hiring needs are met through effective sourcing, selection, and candidate experience.
1. Employee Engagement
Design, plan, and execute engagement programs to strengthen culture, belonging, and wellbeing.
Drive initiatives such as onboarding experience, recognition programs, team-building events, and communication campaigns.
Track engagement metrics and pulse feedback, propose action plans, and work with managers to improve team morale.
Partner with employees to understand concerns and enhance overall employee experience.
Support internal communication efforts (newsletters, updates, engagement messaging).
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage fullcycle recruitment: job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, offers, and onboarding coordination.
Build talent pipelines through job boards, social platforms, employee referrals, and passive sourcing.
Maintain a smooth, positive candidate experience and support hiring managers with interview guidance.
Track hiring metrics such as timetofill, pipeline strength, and offer acceptance rates.
Support employer branding efforts to attract quality talent.
3. Employee Experience & Culture Building
Champion a positive workplace culture that aligns with company values.
Proactively identify engagement gaps and recommend solutions.
Organize employee listening sessions and contribute to culturebuilding projects.
Support diversity, wellbeing, and recognition initiatives.
4. HR Support (Light Generalist Scope)
Assist with onboarding documentation and HR administrative support.
Ensure HR records are up-to-date and compliant with local regulations.
Provide basic HR advisory to employees and escalate complex matters when needed.
Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
2-5 years of HR experience, with proven strengths in employee engagement and recruitment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills confident interacting with employees across levels.
Creative mindset with the ability to design meaningful engagement programs.
Organized, energetic, and proactive with a passion for improving employee experience.
