Primarily responsible full recruitment cycle, ensuring that the organization attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline, onboarding matters and supporting all HR matters.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
. Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
. Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
. Assist with job posting and advertisement processes.
. Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
. Schedule interviews oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
. Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with hiring Managers and other stakeholders.
. Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
. Assimilation of new hires to the organization
. Manage Onboarding and onboarding experience of new hires (Salaried and MNEs etc) including onboarding processes in workday
. Assist site-wide communications activities
. Develop, implement and administer HR policies and procedures to meet business and employees needs
. Drive Employee Engagement Programs with one direct report (HR Associate).
. Ensure timely reporting of new hire data and statistics
. Develop and implement Health and Wellness Program including sports and recreation plan and community relations to aid employees well-being, retention as well as company image.
. Support in plant audit compliance & customer audit (training)
. Any other HR projects or duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications)
. Degree in any discipline
. Minimum 8 years HR related experience
. Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
. Good communications skills and Team player
. Meticulous and diligent
. Sensitive and discreet in dealing with personal and confidential
matters.
. Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
SKILLS
. Analytical problem-solving skills
. Proficient oral and written communication/presentation skills
. Familiar with Microsoft Office & Workday.
