- Manage hiring processes for graduates, interns, and experienced roles, ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Support the design and rollout of training programs to enhance skills and performance.
- Implement and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to improve recruitment efficiency.
- Provide administrative and operational assistance for HR initiatives, ensuring timely delivery aligned with company goals.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of HR operations and recruitment experience in Semiconductor or Manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with ATS and HR software experience with PDPA compliance is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
