We are seeking an experienced Senior/HR Advisor to join our client's APAC HR team, providing operational support and strategic advice across the employee lifecycle. This role combines hands-on HR administration with business partnering to ensure compliance with policies, employment laws, and regional regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes, including graduate/trainee programs.
- Prepare and issue employment contracts, manage pre-employment checks, and ensure all new hire administrative tasks are completed.
- Advise managers on talent management, team resourcing, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Administer payroll, compensation, benefits, and statutory compliance across APAC.
- Maintain HR systems, employee records, leave management, and work pass administration.
- Support regulatory reporting, foreign lawyer licensing, and HR data for management decisions.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to implement HR policies, frameworks, and best practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years in a generalist HR advisory/operational role, ideally in a professional services or partnership-based environment.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and HR best practices.
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Workday experience highly desirable.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication.
