HR Generalist (Financial Institution)
Our client, a well-established Financial Institution is looking for HR Generalist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid-level roles.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, and offer management.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation programs.
Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
- Support conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain positive workplace culture aligned with company values.
Performance Management
- Assist in implementing appraisal cycles and performance reviews.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
Compensation & Benefits
- Administer payroll, benefits, and HRIS updates.
Training & Development
- Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs.
- Track learning outcomes and maintain training records.
Compliance & HR Operations
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Support audits and reporting for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-6 years of relevant HR generalist experience, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of local labour laws and HR best practices
