HR Generalist (Financial Institution)

Our client, a well-established Financial Institution is looking for HR Generalist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid-level roles.
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, and offer management.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation programs.

Employee Relations

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
  • Support conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain positive workplace culture aligned with company values.

Performance Management

  • Assist in implementing appraisal cycles and performance reviews.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer payroll, benefits, and HRIS updates.

Training & Development

  • Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs.
  • Track learning outcomes and maintain training records.

Compliance & HR Operations

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Support audits and reporting for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of relevant HR generalist experience, preferably within banking or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of local labour laws and HR best practices
