Supervise regional payroll administration and coordinate with international teams to deliver core people development initiatives
Champion employee engagement, well-being strategies, and sound advisory on internal workplace relations
Administer compensation and benefits frameworks through structured market reviews and broker partnerships

skills and experience required.

Minimum Degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent
At least 5 years of HR Generalist experience
Solid foundation in Singapore labor legislation, with exposure to broader Asia-Pacific statutory regulations
Possess good communications and stakeholder management skills
