Job Summary

Manage comprehensive HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, to support workforce transformation and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and policy management, while ensuring alignment with local employment laws and organisational objectives.

  • Handle recruitment activities, onboarding, job description updates, and manpower coordination.

  • Manage payroll, overtime, statutory claims, and payroll reporting.

  • Oversee employee benefits, insurance renewals, and staff insurance claims.

  • Administer work pass applications/renewals and track contract/work pass expiry.

  • Manage annual performance reviews and appraisal processes.

  • Handle staff grievances, exit interviews, and general HR enquiries.

  • Review and update HR policies, procedures, and forms to ensure compliance.

  • Process training applications and grants.

  • Perform other HR duties as assigned.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in HR
  • Strong knowledge of local employment laws and statutory requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in HRIS and digital tools (e.g., Info-Tech, MS Office)
