Job Summary
Manage comprehensive HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, to support workforce transformation and business objectives.
Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and policy management, while ensuring alignment with local employment laws and organisational objectives.
Handle recruitment activities, onboarding, job description updates, and manpower coordination.
Manage payroll, overtime, statutory claims, and payroll reporting.
Oversee employee benefits, insurance renewals, and staff insurance claims.
Administer work pass applications/renewals and track contract/work pass expiry.
Manage annual performance reviews and appraisal processes.
Handle staff grievances, exit interviews, and general HR enquiries.
Review and update HR policies, procedures, and forms to ensure compliance.
Process training applications and grants.
Perform other HR duties as assigned.
