Job Description

Experience
At least 3 years of full-function HR experience, including recruitment and payroll management.

Others
1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

2. Language Requirements: Fluent in English proficiency in Mandarin or Taiwanese is an advantage.

Responsibilities
. Managed the end-to-end monthly payroll system by ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll, employee benefits claims, and CPF. Performed all employment-related matters, such as drafting contracts, payroll integration and verification, and maintaining employee information.

. Managed end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation to support project manpower requirements.

. Processed the year-end filing (IR8A), tax clearance for foreign employees (IR21), and other mandatory contributions, taxation, NS claims, and Government-paid leave claims in accordance with legislation and the organization's HR policies.

. Managed EPOL & WPOL as CorpPass Admin to apply, issue, and cancel work passes for foreign employees. Submitted MYE applications for new projects and handled PA issuance and allocation to subcontractors. Managed subcontractors manpower contracts and claims.

. Coordinated with the Admin Manager to facilitate expatriate staff management, encompassing pre-assignment planning, immigration/work pass/visa support, and relocation assistance, aiming to maximize productivity and employee satisfaction.

. Liaised with HR, Project Team, and Accounting departments at Taipei HQ regarding manpower details, subcontractor payments, and project claims.
