Employee Lifecycle Management & Advisory
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update personal details in HR systems.
- Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related queries across platforms (e.g., AskHR), providing timely and accurate guidance.
- Advise line managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters.
- Notify relevant departments (HR Shared Services, IT, local IT) to deactivate system access for resignees.
- For Sales Department resignees, inform F&I and motor insurance partners (e.g., SD Contego, AXA) to remove nominee representation.
Work Pass & Compliance
- Perform OFWAS updates for employees residential addresses and manage work pass renewals.
- Monitor and maintain a healthy work pass quota.
- Track and ensure foreign technicians and CSAs obtain valid Singapore driving licences.
- Stay informed on employment laws and ensure compliance with statutory reporting (e.g., MOM OED, other MOM reports).
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management
- Preferably with 3 to 5 years of relevant experiences
