Job Description

Employee Lifecycle Management & Advisory

  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update personal details in HR systems.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related queries across platforms (e.g., AskHR), providing timely and accurate guidance.
  • Advise line managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters.
  • Notify relevant departments (HR Shared Services, IT, local IT) to deactivate system access for resignees.
  • For Sales Department resignees, inform F&I and motor insurance partners (e.g., SD Contego, AXA) to remove nominee representation.

Work Pass & Compliance

  • Perform OFWAS updates for employees residential addresses and manage work pass renewals.
  • Monitor and maintain a healthy work pass quota.
  • Track and ensure foreign technicians and CSAs obtain valid Singapore driving licences.
  • Stay informed on employment laws and ensure compliance with statutory reporting (e.g., MOM OED, other MOM reports).

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Preferably with 3 to 5 years of relevant experiences
