Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Payroll & Employee Administration
  • Assist in payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system, including profile creation.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of documents and coordination with internal teams.
  • Administer leave applications and support leave tracking.
  • Review overseas business travel claims for accuracy and compliance prior to payment.
  • Office Administration & Procurement
  • Support ordering and replenishment of office supplies, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery.
  • Maintain basic purchase records and assist with cost tracking.
  • Expatriate & Work Pass Support
  • Assist in expatriate housing matters, including liaising with agents, tracking lease renewals, and preparing rental-related payments.
  • Support work pass administration, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Corporate Support & Compliance
  • Assist in corporate credit card administration within HR scope, including issuance, updates, and record tracking.
  • Support company committees and activities (e.g. ISO, WSH, staff engagement) by assisting with coordination and logistics.
  • Providing support for HR projects, conducting research, and contributing to departmental goals and continuous improvement initiative.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of working experience in HRM or similar administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and HRIS platforms.
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and payments.
