Salary: Basic + Bonus
Wokring hours: Mon- Fri, 9am - 6pm
Location: Marina Bay
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee administration, HR, and finance operations to ensure smooth daily office management.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance, and staff training.
- Support budgeting, expense control, and financial compliance.
- Ensure policies and procedures comply with Singapore laws and regulations.
- Handle contracts, office assets, vendors, and documentation.
- Provide support for management and tasks assigned by Headquarters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in administration/HR/finance, or at least 2 years in the financial industry.
- Familiar with Singapore labor laws, financial regulations, and HR market practices.
- Proficient in office software and HR/finance management systems.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
